Crane Instrumentation & Sampling Launches GYROLOK-MP™ Medium Pressure Fittings

New fitting portfolio delivers a safer, faster, and simpler alternative for medium-pressure applications up to 15,000 PSI

Crane Instrumentation & Sampling is proud to announce the launch of GYROLOK-MP, a new medium-pressure twin ferrule fitting platform engineered to redefine safety, installation efficiency, and performance in demanding applications up to 15,000 PSI (1,034 bar).

For decades, industries such as offshore oil and gas, industrial gas, hydrogen, and aerospace have relied on medium-pressure connection technologies that often require specialized tooling, extensive tube preparation, and highly skilled labor. As projects become more complex and the demand for safe, reliable installations continues to grow, customers are seeking solutions that simplify installation while maintaining the performance required for critical service.

Built on HOKE’s proven GYROLOK® twin ferrule technology, GYROLOK-MP addresses these challenges by eliminating the need for tube coning and threading while delivering innovative features designed to improve installation confidence and reduce the potential for assembly errors. The product incorporates a unique secondary seal, visual make-up indicator, hard-stop installation design, and enhanced ferrule grip technology to provide secure, reliable connections in medium-pressure systems.

With GYROLOK-MP, we’re bringing those two requirements together in a solution that helps improve safety, reduce installation time, and simplify field assembly.”

Designed for applications across offshore production facilities, FPSOs, hydrogen fueling and compression systems, industrial gas distribution, specialty gas handling, and aerospace ground support infrastructure, GYROLOK-MP enables customers to improve productivity while reducing installation complexity and total installed cost. Compared to traditional cone-and-thread systems, GYROLOK-MP can significantly reduce installation time while eliminating the need for specialized tube preparation equipment.

The initial product offering is available in 316 Stainless Steel and Super Duplex Stainless Steel, with sizes ranging from 1/4″ through 1″ and pressure ratings up to 15,000 PSI, making it suitable for a wide range of critical medium-pressure applications.
