SUZHOU, China (September 10, 2015) – Crane ChemPharma & Energy is pleased to announce their sponsorship of the Valve World Expo & Conference Asia 2015 (booth #428) from September 23-24 at the Suzhou International Expo Center. During the show, Crane will celebrate its 160-year anniversary and showcase an extensive portfolio of fluid handling solutions, including Resistoflex® lined pipe solutions, Xomox® lined valves, and the recently-launched Xomox® FK soft-seated ball valve.
“We are very excited this year to commemorate our 160th anniversary during the Valve World Asia Expo, and to have the opportunity to celebrate our history with our customers, colleagues and partners in the Chinese market,” said Juergen Sonderschaefer, Vice President Global Sales for Crane ChemPharma & Energy. “This event is an excellent opportunity for us to honor our past and look towards the future as we share new products and localized capabilities with our customers.”
Application specialist Kevin Su, of Crane ChemPharma & Energy, will share his expertise during the panel discussion about Sealings & Fugitive Emissions, on September 23 at 2:10pm. The presentation, titled “The Search for Low-E: A Valve Users Guide to Navigating Global Fugitive Emissions Regulations” will address the challenges that customers face when selecting equipment and understanding the changing standards.
New Product—Xomox®FK
Engineered to address the inherent dangers of volatile chemical applications, the Xomox®FK adheres to the industry’s most stringent standards and combats the harmful effects of temperature and pressure fluctuation. Three independent stem seals offer superior fugitive emissions control, and are certified to EPA Method-21, ISO-15848 and TA-Luft according to VDI 2440. Self-relieving seats relieve excess pressure to protect the integrity of the valve while maintaining bi-directional operation. The patented SX ball stem design provides high maximum stem torque capability and built-in side load resistance, which extends valve life under severe conditions including thermal cycling.
Other products that will be highlighted during the show include Resistoflex® lined pipes, Xomox® XLB, XLC, XLD, Pacific® pressure seal valves and WTA bellows-sealed globe valves.
