Application Compliance

CRANE ChemPharma products installed in BioPharm applications are required to meet industry specific materials of construction and design guidelines.  Globally, these requirements vary and are based on regional government regulatory and/or industry standards and good manufacturing practices.  These include United States Federal Drug Administration (FDA), United States Pharmacopeia (USP), American Society of Mechanical Engineering Biopharmaceutical Equipment (ASME BPE), and Animal Derivative Component Free (BSE/TSE).  Other commonly referenced standards include European Hygienic Engineering Design Group (EHEDG) and 3A.  See specific brand and part datasheets for additional details.

Brand Compliance

Pumps, hoses, and valves are designed and tested to comply with various international and regional regulatory authorities, industry specific guidelines, and internally developed test procedures.  All CRANE ChemPharma products are manufactured in ISO registered manufacturing sites.  CRANE ChemPharma brands may also be supplied in compliance of the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) and TUV.  See specific brand and part datasheets for additional details.
