Saunders Distributor Training Event
To build on this momentum and reinforce trust with our key distributors, we hosted a landmark Distributor Training Event—our first at the new Cwmbran site. More than a training session, it was a celebration of progress and a powerful demonstration of the enduring Saunders legacy.
Event Highlights
- Launch of our updated 24-page brochure, showcasing our latest capabilities and serving as a key reference for partners
- Guided site tour, offering fresh insights into our operations and innovations
- Hands-on valve assembly experience, connecting participants directly with our products and processes
- Voice of the Customer (VOC) engagement, enabling us to listen, learn, and adapt to evolving customer needs
- During the session, the Operations team shared the positive on-time delivery (OTD) and past-due trends from 2023, which were well received by our customers. They acknowledged the improvements and expressed appreciation for the transparency
This event not only strengthened distributor confidence—it energized our team and reaffirmed our purpose. It marked a pivotal moment in our journey where operational excellence meets customer-centricity, and every milestone lays the foundation for future growth.
